Directions for use/dosage
It is possible to order Montelukast in a number of forms. It comes in standard tablet form, chewable tablet form, and granule form.
The standard tablet must be swallowed whole with water. The chewable tablet form can be chewed and it is therefore a good option for children. The granule form is the most flexible, as it can either be swallowed directly out of the packet, or mixed with a teaspoon of baby formula or breast milk, ice-cream, apple sauce, rice or soft carrots.
