Our customer care representative will locate your account and help you place your order. Refills: If you are calling to refill an existing prescription, you do NOT need to send us the prescription again. Simply provide us with the details of what you want refilled.
New Prescriptions: If you are calling to order a new prescription or your prescription on file has expired, please remember to mail the prescription to the following address:
