New Customer Orders for Canadian Pharmacy and Prescriptions |
Placing your first order as a New Customer is very easy and quick. Here’s all you have to do:
| Step 1: |
Search for your medications using our drug search tool. You can access our drug search tool by clicking on the ‘Find Drugs’ button located at the top of the screen.

Once you’ve found the item you want to purchase, click on the ‘Buy’ button to the right of the entry. This will add the item to your shopping cart. Continue doing this until you’ve added all the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart.

| Step 3: |
Once you’re done adding items to your shopping cart, simply click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
Once you do this, you may be asked if you would be interested in taking advantage of other promotional offers that can offer you great savings. If you are interested, simply hit the ‘Buy’ button to add those items to your cart and then click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to continue with the checkout process. If not, simply click on ‘Continue to Checkout’ to complete the checkout process.

| Step 4: |
You will now be taken to an Account Sign-In/Creation screen. Since you are a New Customer, you will need to click on ‘Create New Account’ to create your account and to complete the checkout process.

| Step 5: |
Complete the forms/questionnaires that follow. Once completed, your order will automatically be submitted to us for processing. You will also see an order confirmation screen confirming your order with an Order Confirmation Number(s), which you can record or print for your records |
